Supporting Characters
The Seven Blessed Beings
These entities are handpicked to assist Matthew Luke and Hyacinth in their struggles as leaders of the Nueva Liga Filipina -- via the borrowing of their inherent powers to the two. There are seven beings each for Matthew Luke and Hyacinth, and three sets of them are revealed so far.
Matthew Luke's Blessed Beings
Hyacinth's Blessed Beings
All of them share the following tropes.
- Fusion Dance: Once a gem representing a Blessed Being is pulled out from Matthew Luke's / Hyacinth's bracelet and is placed into Matthew Luke's / Hyacinth's forehead, a Transformation Sequence involving this will commence. The sequence is a combination of Kamen Rider Faiz and Kamen Rider Hibiki.
- Limit Break: Once any of them have assimilated into Matthew Luke and/or Hyacinth, the latter two will dish out Exceed Charges that either deal a ton of damage to enemies or can greatly benefit the allies.
- Mentor Archetype: All of them are more experienced than Matthew Luke and Hyacinth since they have all gone through trials of their own and survived.
- Spirit Advisor: Though they are all not dead; they are very much alive.
- Super Mode: They basically count as one for both Matthew Luke and Hyacinth.
The Arbiter Triumvirate
Consisting of Maria Makiling, the Arbiter of the Present; Leknaat, the Arbiter of the Future; and an unrevealed-as-of-yet character who serves as the Arbiter of the Past -- this triumvirate oversees the struggle against the Philippine Eldritch Abomination, the Trapo Rune.
- Big Good: They all handpick the Stars of Destiny and the Seven Blessed Beings to fight alongside themselves to defeat the Trapo Rune for good.
- Hermit Guru: They all hide in their own sanctuaries, located in the three "sacred mountains of the Philippines": Mount Makiling (Maria Makiling), Mount Banahaw (Leknaat), and Mount Apo (the unrevealed-as-of-yet character).
- Spirit Advisor / The Watcher: They all act as inspirational guides to the heroes.

- Mind Control: He underwent this throughout his stay with DJ Mo.

Tsukasa Kadoya, Natsumi Hikari, and Yuusuke Onodera
The dimension-traveling trio suddenly landed in the Philippines while traveling in between Rider worlds. Since they aimed to solve the anomaly in the Philippines (which was also the aim of the Nueva Liga Filipina), the two groups decided to join forces to put a stop to Kris Aquino's schemes.
- Magic Music: Tsukasa (Decade) utilizes a special card that summons Eric Cartman, who sings "Kyle's Mom is a Bitch" (only that all instances of "Kyle's Mom" is replaced with "Kris Aquino") in order to rile up Kris and neutralize the anomalies she created.
- Power Trio: What the Nueva Liga Filipina sees the three as.

But then, once Hero clears his name, she remains defiant against him and even antagonizes the Nueva Liga Filipina for that purpose alone.
Later on, after she found out that her husband and a plastic surgeon, Hope Centeno, did a "miracle" in Dr. Belo's clinic, she initiated a huge smear campaign against her, while still maintaining her grudge against the Nueva Liga Filipina. She gained even more magic power, thanks to a nefarious deal.

- Never Say "Die": While most other villains listed here are Killed Off for Real, she instead gets sent to the Advent Void after her defeat.
- Rich Bitch: She's so tactless, and she manipulates people into sympathizing with her even though she herself committed many wrongdoings in the past. All it takes is a healthy dose of...

- Villain Team-Up: With Joey.
