BHRT announced their Eurovision participation for Germany in September 2010, when they ask for possible artists or ideas for the entry at their Facebook site.[1] Like in the previous years BHRT will select their entry internal. They will officially present its song for Eurovision Song Contest on 20 February.[2][3]

On 1 December, BHRT announced at a special show, that Dino Merlin, who already represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 1999 contest, will represent Bosnia and Herzegovina in Düsseldorf.[4]

Bosnia & Herzegovina's Head of Delegation, Dejan Kukrić, left the door open for the public televoting in case the artist cannot choose a song.[5]
