Yuquan District
Yuquan District (Mongolian: ᠢᠤᠢ ᠴᠢᠤᠸᠠᠨ ᠲᠣᠭᠣᠷᠢᠭ Иуи чиуван тоори Iui čiuvan toɣoriɣ; simplified Chinese: 玉泉区; traditional Chinese: 玉泉區; pinyin: Yùquán Qū; lit.: 'jade spring') is one of four districts of the prefecture-level city of Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, North China.

Yuquan means “The spring as beautiful as jade” in Chinese, it was named after a spring nearby Dazhao Temple. North side of Yuquan District is old town of Guihua, middle area built in 1950-1980s, south side built after 1990s. New campu of University of Inner Mongolia in south side.
