Washington Crossing, New Jersey
Washington Crossing is an unincorporated community located within Hopewell Township in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States.[2] It was the location of George Washington's crossing of the Delaware River on the night of December 25–26, 1776 during the American Revolutionary War. The 3,100-acre (13 km2) Washington Crossing State Park is adjacent to the community. The Washington Crossing Bridge connects the community to Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania on the opposite bank of the river.

The feeder canal for the Delaware and Raritan Canal runs along the Delaware River through the community.[3]
