Szansa na sukces

Szansa na sukces (English: A Chance for Success) was one of the first popular talent shows on Polish channel TVP2. The show ran from 14 November 1993 to 29 April 2012. In the program aspiring singers perform covers of smash hit singles by legendary Polish recording artist bands which are invited to the show (one band/artist each show). The original singer/group chooses the winner who will sing the same song at the main annual concert in Sala Kongresowa in Palace of Culture and Science. The show was presented by Wojciech Mann.

In summer 2019, TVP2 confirmed a reboot but with a different format. This reboot will feature young singers aged 9 to 14 hoping to represent Poland at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019.[1] On 2 January 2020, it was announced by TVP that it would be used to select the entrant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam.[2]

gollark: Wait, what do you mean `UPDATE accounts user`?
gollark: Doesn't work *how*?
gollark: I disagree, though. Calling your thing `libbees` makes it seem like *the* one canonical library for bees, even if there is a better one available.
gollark: Yes, apparently they do go for that somewhat based on `pacman -Ss lib`.
gollark: Hmm, fascinating, these © libraries appear to be named *very* generically.
