Radicals of the Left

Radicals of the Left (Italian: Radicali di Sinistra) was a minor green and social-liberal political party in Italy.

It was founded on 25 April 2004 by former Radicals and Communists, under the leadership of Fabrizio Cianci. It supported The Union coalition, although not being an official member. Some members disagreed with this decision and broke away, founding the Radical Socialist Movement.

Its policies were very leftist and it had good relations with far-left parties like the Federation of the Greens and the Party of Italian Communists.

It was not represented in the Italian Parliament, the European Parliament, nor in any regional or provincial assemblies.

In 2010 the party was dissolved and Cianci joined the Italian Radicals. Other members joined the Radical Socialist Movement, the New Action Party or the newly founded Liberty and Equality.

gollark: Android is even breaking Termux and all that in android... 10 or whatever, I forgot their exact versioning scheme.
gollark: Phone software is so annoyingly annoying.
gollark: If it's bricked, it can't do much and you can probably fix it. If it's been haxxed, it can actively "work against you".
gollark: Probably hacked is worse.
