Plexippus (spider)

Plexippus is a genus of jumping spiders that was first described by Carl Ludwig Koch in 1846.[4] It is considered a senior synonym of Hissarinus[3] and Apamamia.[2]

As of August 2019 it contains forty-five species and one subspecies, found in Oceania, Asia, Europe, Africa, Mexico, Paraguay, and on the Pacific Islands:[1]
