Pihani is located at 27.63°N 80.2°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 141 metres (462 feet).
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[2] Pihani had a population of 27,535. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Pihani has an average literacy rate of 46%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 53%, and female literacy is 38%. In Pihani, 19% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Mainly pihani is connected from NH-24 as well as from hardoi . Pihani is located 27km from district hardoi and 45km from district shahjahanpur.
History
As in part of history , pihani has some historical places . As discussed in history pihani was also known as one of the hiding places because one famous incident was "hiding of humayu" (father of king akbar"). And has some historical monuments.The older name of pihani was "Pinhani".
