Oskava
Oskava (German: Oskau) is a village and municipality (obec) in Šumperk District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. Oskava is named for the Oskava River, which runs through the village. The first written mention of Oskava appears to be from around 1344.

The municipality covers an area of 59.47 square kilometres (22.96 sq mi), and has a population of around 1,300. Oskava is home to the historic Rabštejn Castle, a small primary school founded in 1779, and several small businesses.
Oskava lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Šumperk, 35 km (22 mi) north of Olomouc, and 196 km (122 mi) east of Prague.
