One Tower (Moscow)

One Tower is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Moscow, Russia. Its height upon completion in 2024 will be 442.8 m (1,453 ft) with 109 floors.[3] It will be the tallest building in Moscow and second tallest building in Europe and in Russia after Lakhta Center in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.[4][5] As a residential building it will be the tallest in Europe and second tallest in the world after Central Park Tower in New York City.[6] The One Tower will also be the first building in Europe with more than 100 floors and will have Europe's highest observation deck on the 100th floor.[7]

In February 2020, media reported that according to an updated urban development plan for a land plot, the skyscraper's height is supposed to be 445.33 m. At the same time, the architect of this skyscraper proposed to increase the height of the building to 465 m, what would make this building the tallest in Europe ahead of Lakhta Center in Saint-Petersburg (462 m).[8][9] According to recent media reports the construction cost will be 49 bln rubles (approx. $690 mln as of July 2020).[10]
