Niwari is a town and a nagar panchayat in Ghaziabad district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.Its Known by Sweets (Kalakand) of Rupa Halwai.Also Known as DharamPal Ticki. It is approximately half an hour distant from Meerut and Ghaziabad.
