Lycopene epsilon-cyclase
Lycopene epsilon-cyclase (EC 5.5.1.18, CrtL-e, LCYe) is an enzyme with systematic name carotenoid psi-end group lyase (decyclizing).[1][2] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
