List of League of Legends comics
Comic book adaptions of the characters (known as champions) seen in the video game League of Legends have been developed. Riot Games developed several of their own stories, which were released in 2017 and 2018.[1] In 2019, they announced a partnership with Marvel Comics to develop a series of comics. The first of this series was League of Legends: Lux which was released digitally in May 2019.[2]

League of Legends: Ashe: Warmother
This series was released in four issues.
The first issue introduced Ashe and her home tribe in the Freljord. In the second issue, Ashe continues her mother’s quest to unearth Avarosa’s throne, where she finds her bow made of True Ice. The price for the discovery is that Ashe is cast out of her tribe and into the wilderness.[8]
Part three introduces the champion Sejuani, who is a as on old friend of Ashe’s. The two run into each other following a skirmish with a Grellfeen and they venture back to Sejuani’s tribe together. However Ashe’s fate falls into question as the Winter’s Claw’s Frost Priests plot her demise.
In the fourth issue reveals inner turmoil of the Winter’s Claw tribe, as the Frost Priests have been manipulating the tribesmen and feigning fidelity to their people. The priests try to turn the rest of the tribesmen against Ashe, but Sejuani puts a halt to their efforts.
