Limbadi

Limbadi (Greek: Lymbados) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Vibo Valentia in the Italian region Calabria, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southwest of Vibo Valentia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,688 and an area of 28.9 square kilometres (11.2 sq mi).[3]

The municipality of Limbadi contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Badia di Limbadi, Caroni, Mandaradoni, Motta Filocastro, and San Nicola De Legistis.
