Kerkhove at the 2015 Wimbledon qualifying

She has won six singles titles and 15 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. On 16 October 2017, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 149. On 25 June 2018, she peaked at No. 58 in the doubles rankings.

In July 2013, Kerkhove made her WTA Tour main-draw debut at the Swedish Open.[1]

In July 2019, she married football player Edinho Pattinama and changed her name to Lesley Pattinama Kerkhove.
