Born in Barcelona, Spain, Noyes began dirt-track racing in the US, winning the national championship before returning to Spain to begin road racing. In 2003 he became Spanish Superstock Champion, and won the Endurance title 2 years later. His first CEV 1000cc Extreme National podium came in 2008, and he challenged for the title in 2009.[1]

Noyes made his international racing debut in the new Moto2 series in 2010. He was competitive immediately, briefly leading at Jerez.[2] and starting from pole at Le Mans,[3] however he was less competitive in the next three races. Finished championship in 24th position (of 30).

Noyes raced for 2012 in the Spanish CEV Moto2 championship for PL Racing Moto2 aboard a Suter finishing 3rd overall with four podiums. Noyes signed for the LaGlisse team (renamed Team Calvo) for the 2013 season, staying in CEV Moto2 once again aboard a Suter.

gollark: It has *actual* gigabit now, USB 3.0 (though I think still somewhat bandwidth-limited), and a much better CPU than the RPi3B+.
gollark: <@218268648609939456> The RPi4 is... basically that, though not a Pine product.
gollark: The Pi 4 has 4 A72 cores and the RP64 has 2 A72 ones plus 4 A53 ones, but they're clocked higher. I don't know which of those is actually *better*, since I haven't checked benchmarks.
gollark: There's also Pine's own RockPro64, which I think is ~~about as fast~~ somewhat faster as the Pi4 CPU-wise, and the ODROID N2, which is probably one of the most powerful reasonably cheap ARM SBCs about.
gollark: The RPi4 has a better CPU and GPU than the 3, no idea if it can run that.
