Küre, Kastamonu
Küre is a town and district of the Kastamonu Province in the Black Sea region of Turkey. According to 2000 census, population of the district is 10,223 of which 3,880 live in the town of Küre.[3][4] The district covers an area of 541 km2 (209 sq mi),[5] and the town lies, at an elevation of 1,142 m (3,747 ft).
