Hòa Bình (city)
Hòa Bình (Vietnamese: [hʷâː ɓîŋ̟] (
Hòa Bình Dam, the largest hydroelectric dam in Vietnam, and also the largest in Southeast Asia,[2] is located near the city. It was built by means of finances and experts from the Soviet Union.
