Guatemala–Uruguay relations
Guatemala–Uruguay relations are foreign relations between Guatemala and Uruguay. Guatemala has an embassy in Montevideo.[1] Uruguay has an embassy in Guatemala City,[2] the Uruguayan ambassador being concurrent to Honduras.

Historically, both countries were part of the Spanish Empire until the early 19th century. Nowadays, both countries are full members of the Association of Spanish Language Academies, Organization of American States, Organization of Ibero-American States, Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, Cairns Group and Group of 77.[3]
Bilateral trade between both countries is small but relatively stable.[4]
