Fourways Mall
Fourways Mall is the largest shopping centre (U.S. usage: "shopping mall") in South Africa located in the Fourways area of Sandton, in suburban Johannesburg. It doubled its size, from 85,000m² to 178,000m², relaunching in 2019. As such it took the title of largest centre in South Africa, larger than Pretoria's Menlyn Park shopping centre (169 000m²), than Sandton City, than the Mall of Africa in Waterfall City, Midrand, Gauteng (131 000 m2 of retail space), and than the Gateway Theatre of Shopping in Durban (166 636m²).[1]
It is anchored by Ackermans, Checkers Hyper, Edgars, Food Lovers Market, Game, the first Kidzania in South Africa, Pep Stores, Pick n Pay, The Hub, and Woolworths.[2]
