Faysal Bank
The Faysal Bank Limited is a Pakistani Islamic and commercial bank, a subsidiary of the Bahraini bank Ithmaar Bank,[2] based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.[3]

History
It was incorporated in Pakistan on October 3, 1994 as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
In June 2010, Royal Bank of Scotland sold its Pakistan operations to Faysal Bank for GB£34 million.[4]
In 2014 it announced that it plans to convert itselt into full-fledged Islamic Bank in three to five years.[5]
