DWEC (94.3 FM), broadcasting as MOR 94.3, is a commercial radio station owned and operated by ABS-CBN Corporation. The station is one of the 17 MOR Philippines stations which was founded on May 1, 1997 as ABS-CBN Radio 94.3, a branding that lasted until 2001. Its studios and transmitter are located at the ABS-CBN Complex, A.B. Fernandez East, Dagupan City, Pangasinan.[1][2]

It operates 24 hours a day (except Mondays where it signs off at midnight until 4:00 AM and Holy Week of each year where it signs off at midnight of Maundy Thursday until 12:00 NN of Black Saturday). Some of its programs are also simulcast on DWBA 91.3 in Santiago, Isabela.
