Bozova (Ottoman Turkish: بوزاووه Bozâbâd,[3] Kurdish: Hewenge[4]) is a district of Şanlıurfa Province of Turkey, 38 km from the city of Şanlıurfa.

Bozova is a plain of rich farmland watered from the lake behind the Atatürk Dam.
Balıklıgöl (Pool of Sacred Fish) in the courtyard of Halil-ur-Rahman Mosque, is a popular place to visit.
