Bhopal (Lok Sabha constituency)

Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 29 Lok Sabha constituencies in Madhya Pradesh state in central India. This constituency presently covers the entire Bhopal district and part of Sehore district.

Constituency Details

The seat has been held by the BJP since 1989. Bhopal was represented by Dr Shanker Dayal Sharma from 1971 to 1977 and 1980 to August 1984. The 17th lok Sabha election held on 12 May 2019.
