Bank of the Commonwealth (Kentucky)

The Bank of the Commonwealth, also known as the Old Stone Bank, is a place on the National Register of Historic Places in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. It was constructed in 1809.

History

On 29 November 1820, the Kentucky General Assembly established a bank by the name of The Bank of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.[2]
