Andrea Díaz
Andrea Carolina Díaz Nicolás (born October 26, 1991 in Valencia, Venezuela) is a Chilean-Venezuelan model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universo Chile 2018. She represented Chile at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.[1]

Personal life
Díaz was born in Valencia, Venezuela and raised in Santiago, Chile. She is a model who has had the opportunity to work in Panama, Mexico and Costa Rica. Andrea's mother is from Venezuela and her father is from Chile. She studied a Social Communication and Audiovisual Journalism at Arturo Michelena University in Valencia, Carabobo by profession and can often be seen modeling. She is very dedicated to her family and can often be seen spending time with her family.
Pageantry
Miss Universo Chile 2018
On 19 August 2018, Díaz represented Región Metropolitana was crowned as Miss Universo Chile 2018 competition. Her court included Sabina Ahumada as first runner-up and Geraldine González as second runner-up. She succeeded outgoing Miss Universo Chile 2017 Natividad Leiva.[2]
Miss Universe 2018
As Miss Universo Chile, Díaz represented Chile at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant in Bangkok, Thailand where she failed to place more than 14 years in a row.
