Tabilo has a career high ATP singles ranking of 166 achieved on 17 February 2020, after his debut in the ATP Tour in the 2020 Australian Open. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of 276 achieved on 2 March 2020, a month after his participation on the 2020 ATP Cup with the chilean team.[2]

Tabilo represents Chile at the Davis Cup, where he has a W/L record of 1–1.[3] He participated in his first tie against Germany in a doubles rubber against Kevin Krawietz and Andreas Mies.[4]
