Crises

Adara land had been one of the most peaceful places in Nigeria, until the present terrorist/herdsmen attacks on the people of Adara, especially in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, in the forms of killing, maiming, burning, looking and kidnapping of the people of the land by those who mete the war on them.

According to the National President of the Adara Development Association (ADA), Mr. Awemi Dio Maisamari, in an interview with Vanguard news, "Shockingly, government seems to be becoming an accomplice to the destruction of the law-abiding citizens they are pretending to govern." He also went ahead to allege: "There are abundant factors to show that Fulani terrorists have for long been on the offensive in Adara land just as they have been Nationwide."[3]

Earlier on, the Paramount ruler of the Adara Chiefdom, HRH Dr. Maiwada Galadima (JP) was kidnapped and brutally murdered in October, 2018.[4]
