2020 Buffalo Bills season
The 2020 season is the Buffalo Bills' 61st in the National Football League, their sixth full season under the ownership of Terry and Kim Pegula, and their fourth under the head coach/general manager tandem of Sean McDermott and Brandon Beane.

They will attempt to improve upon their 10–6 season from the previous year and return to the playoffs for the third time in four years. They will also attempt to win the AFC East for the first time since 1995.

Draft trades
- The Bills traded their first-, fifth- and sixth-round selections and 2021 fourth-round selection to the Minnesota Vikings in exchange for Minnesota's seventh-round selection and WR Stefon Diggs.[1]
- The Bills traded a 2021 seventh-round selection and G Wyatt Teller to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for Cleveland's fifth- and sixth-round selections (155th and 188th overall).[2]
- The Bills traded C Russell Bodine to the New England Patriots in exchange for the sixth-round selection New England acquired from the Baltimore Ravens.[3]
- The Bills traded a seventh-round selection to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for WR Corey Coleman.[4]
