Felicia Adereth

Felicia Adereth was the person bodyguard of Quove Lentis and the twin sister of Drax Adereth.

Biography

Felicia was the younger twin, born in a slum in Ambristown.[1] Her parents were fourthlings with notable waif and cloddertrog heritage. She was raised in poverty until the age of 13, when she was drafted into the Freeglade Lancers. She slowly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming mission-sergeant after 7 years in the militia.[2]

In c. 610 ᴇ.ʏ., she lead an assault unit to quell a minor uprising. She efficiently captured and executed the ringleaders, which caught the attention of Quove Lentis. He awarded her with the Medal of Valour, and appointed her as his personal "security escort". She served as Lentis' bodyguard for 10 years, lasting far longer than many other high-ranking officials serving under Lentis.[2]

In c. 620 ᴇ.ʏ., Felicia lead an attack on New Sanctaphrax, which failed, threatening her position. She arranged the capture of Nate Quarter, who Lentis wanted to execute. However, she felt he was more useful if kept alive. Because of this, she poisoned Lentis' sapwine, and confronted him. She attempted to shoot him with a phraxpistol, however he had predicted this and ensured it was unloaded. Lentis then killed her with a throwing knife.[3]

Personality and traits

Personality

Felicia was ruthless in her journey through the ranks towards Quove Lentis' inner circle. She was loyal, but was intuitive and knew when it was time to dispose of him for the benefit of herself, as well as Great Glade as a whole.

Physical appearance

Felicia had large ears and pale eyes, with dark shadows around them. She kept her hair in elaborate braids behind her head, and typically wore the green uniform of a Freeglade Lancer.[2]
