Acidic Weapons. The lizalfos' weapon attacks do an extra 1d8 acid damage on a hit (included in the attack).

Ambusher. The lizalfos has advantage on attack rolls against any creature it has surprised.

Chameleon Cunning. The lizalfos has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put the lizalfos to sleep.

Chameleon Skin. The lizalfos has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide.

Hold Breath. The lizalfos can hold its breath for 30 minutes.

Magic Resistance. The lizalfos has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Standing Leap. The lizalfos' long jump is up to 30 feet and its high jump is up to 15 feet, with or without a running start.

Weak Point. The horn of a chameleon lizalfos is bizarrely sensitive against disjointed strikes. If a called shot specifically targets this horn and hits, the lizalfos is involuntarily knocked prone on the spot. Normally, making a called shot imposes disadvantage on the attack roll.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The lizalfos makes three attacks.

Tongue Snap. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 4 (1d8) acid damage.

Lizal Boomerang. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack. +8 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 4 (1d8) acid damage.

Spit Acid. Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d8) acid damage.

Acid Breath (Recharge 5-6). The lizalfos exhales acid in a 20-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

With pale silver skin and violet accents, the uncommon silver lizalfos almost looks like an albino of its kind. It is in fact a particularly powerful form of chameleon lizalfos, a silver lizalfos combines many of the assets and strengths of its subraces various other elemental forms. Its silvery scales are nearly impervious to heat, cold, lightning, acid, and even most forms of conventional weaponry. This combined with its raised physical prowess and agility put it in a tier above its peers, and most other chameleon lizalfos revere these silver warriors.

gollark: You define a function, and it magically gets treated as an operator overload.
gollark: Is the approach of "stick magic function names in as methods" used by any other standard library or language feature?
gollark: * no dedicated support needed
gollark: What I'd really like is the ability to just go around defining operators arbitrarily like in Haskell, making the operator overloading basically just a consequence of traits with no dedicated support.
gollark: Well, they are generally Rust's standard method for overloading things/implementing shared behavior, so it's more sensible than magically named methods.
