Ambusher. The lizalfos has advantage on attack rolls against any creature it has surprised.

Chameleon Cunning. The lizalfos has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put it to sleep.

Chameleon Skin. The lizalfos has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide.

Hold Breath. The lizalfos can hold its breath for 30 minutes.

Improved Initiative. The lizalfos has advantage on initiative rolls. If the campaign uses static initiative, it instead gains a +5 bonus to its initiative score.

Legendary Resistance. If the lizalfos fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. The lizalfos has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Powerful Attacks. A weapon attack deals one extra die of its damage when the lizalfos hits with it (included in the attack), and these weapon attacks are magical.

Standing Leap. The lizalfos' long jump is up to 30 feet and its high jump is up to 15 feet, with or without a running start.

Weak Point. The horn of a chameleon lizalfos is bizarrely sensitive against disjointed strikes. If a called shot specifically targets this horn and hits, the lizalfos is involuntarily knocked prone on the spot. Normally, making a called shot imposes disadvantage on the attack roll.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The lizalfos makes four attacks.

Tongue Snap. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 4 (1d8) acid damage.

Lizal Boomerang. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack. +12 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 4 (1d8) acid damage.

Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d6) piercing damage plus 4 (1d8) acid damage.

Acid Breath. The lizalfos exhales acid in a 20-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

REACTIONS

Gleaming Dodge. When attacked by a creature it can see, the lizalfos halves the damage it takesunless the damage is necrotic.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The lizalfos can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The lizalfos regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Detect. The lizalfos makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.

Withdraw. The lizalfos uses the Disengage action, and moves up to half its speed.

Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The lizalfos moves up to half its speed and makes a melee weapon attack.

This is a silver lizalfos with the golden monster template applied to it.

gollark: ```luat(c) + 5;```
gollark: `T(C,5);`
gollark: That can be arranged.
gollark: I'm gollark, beekeeper/alleged rogue for some reason. Apparently my skills include asking people things, bee search, goblin checking, and punching.
gollark: It seems to be missing the lines?
