Reverse Wounds (5e Spell)

Unwinding time, you reverse damage, healing, and status effects done to the target since your last turn. Make a Wisdom ability check. Reverse a percentage of the effects, with a 10 being 50%. Make another ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 14 - (your Wisdom modifier + your target's Wisdom modifier (this is 0 if your target is willing)) If you succeed, you may select which damage, healing, and status effects are reversed. This ability may be used up to 1x per combat (increased to 2 at level 8, 3 at level 12, 4 at level 16, and 5 at level 20).
