Source If a king dodongo is rare, a great one is practically mythical. These ferocious, barn-sized monsters are so rare and unusual that scholars wonder if they can even achieve such immense might on their own, or require the blessing of deities or some other immense supernatural force. Although most dodongos attack primarily to claim territory, acquire food, or protect their offspring, a great king seems to terrorize anything and everything for the pure sake of destruction. According to legend, just one of these horrible monstrosities was able to burn and stomp through an entire army of well-trained hylian soldiers and goron warriors. |
