Pepper is a wiener dog owned by Marcus. It isn't as hateful as Pepsi, but is responsible for biting Jay Rosen when Jay slipped his hand through Marcus' screen door to grab Liam's shoes.

It is distinguishable from Pepsi by its longer hair.
