OFF LIMITS! started as a sign that Liam saw on his computer monitor when he returned home one day. He would often get grounded from the computer for talking back to his parents. Most times his power cord would be taken away, but this time all his mom did was tape a sign to the monitor that said "OFF LIMITS!"
