Card Captor Harry

Card Captor Harry, by Shadow Crystal Mage, is a Fusion Fic of Cardcaptor Sakura and Harry Potter, in which Harry Potter is chosen as Master of the Clow Cards.

Tropes used in Card Captor Harry include:

• A Day in the Limelight: Chapter 13 is pretty much entirely from Fei's point of view, and lends itself to her perspective.
• Alternate Universe / Alternate History: due to Clow Reed having created the Clow Cards in the Harry Potter universe.
• Ascended Extra: The Clow Cards actually have personalities in this fic - so far, The Mirror takes the cake.
• Berserk Button: Harry and Fei Lee seem to be this for each other.
• Big Eater: Harry.
• Bi the Way: Apparently the Cards, if The Fight's... enthusiasm on Fei Lee is any indication.
• Cargo Ship: The Clow Cards seem to be this In-Universe for Harry, or at least the female ones.
• Chick Magnet: If you count the female Clow Cards, then Harry is a stellar example - his acquired cards, once called back after fulfilling their task, stop to kiss him before they vanish.
• Cloudcuckoolander: Winter.
• Conspiracy Theorist / Properly Paranoid: Kero is extremely suspiscious of the Ministry Of Magic and is, 95% of the time, obsessed with absolute secrecy.
• Covert Pervert: Harry occasionally catches himself thinking of doing.... stuff with the Cards and writes lemon fanfiction.
  • Beneath the Mask, Hermione is quite possibly the biggest pervert in the school - apparently, she's on the same level as Jiraiya. Despite being a third year.
• Crack Fic: It's Shadow Crystal Mage, of course. That said, there are some pretty serious moments interspersed in it too.
• Cute Clumsy Girl: Winter.
• Deadpan Snarker: Kero, now and then.
• Death Glare: Harry and Fei frequently send each other these.
• The Dragon: The Fight can sort of be considered this to Fei, although they're not villains so much as The Rival.
• Runs and Jumps Like Crazy: Harry, when using the Dash and Jump Cards, makes Kero completely freak out and dramatically embrace the ground when it's over.

Kero: "GROUND! OH SWEET TERRA FIRMA, I'M NEVER LEAVING YOU AGAIN!!"
Harry: "You can fly, you know that?"
Kero: "I'M NEVER LEAVING YOU AGAIN EXCEPT UNDER MY OWN POWER!"

• Dysfunction Junction: Slytherin House, apparently. Overlaps with a certain amount of Jerkass Facade, Jerkass Woobie, and Nakama.
• Everyone Can See It: Harry and Winter.
• Fan Girl: Winter is a massive one of Harry's fics.
  • Hermione also, of one of his Sasuke-centric fics.
• Foe Yay: In-Universe and Played for Laughs with Harry and Fei. After a few days of withdrawal, they actually catch themselves fantasizing about their shouting matches.
• Fusion Fic: Although really, it's mostly just Harry Potter with elements of Cardcaptor Sakura.
• Gender Flip / Expy: Fei Lee basically takes Syaoran's place in the story. Also, Winter Moon stands in for Yukito/Julian, being a Ravenclaw of Harry's year.
• Genki Girl: The Flower
• Gratuitous Japanese: the usernames for Harry and Winter's fanfiction author profiles - Raijinkage the Writer-sama and Tsuki no Tenshi, respectively.
• Groundhog Day Loop / Groundhog Peggy Sue: Briefly during the first few chapters, and justified because of the Time Card.
• Hot Amazon: The Fight.
• Kick the Son of a Bitch: Offscreen, The Fight card utterly beats the crap out of Malfoy and his lackeys.
• Mind Rape: What the Dementors do by their very presence - the severity of the Mind Rape is proportional to how much trauma a given character has.
• Nosebleed: Winter induces one in Fei.

• Obfuscating Stupidity: Winter might be using this....
• Original Generation: Fei Lee and Winter.
• The Rival: Fei Lee, to Harry.
• Running Gag: Whenever Harry and Hermione (and/or Winter) get into an anime and/or fanfic-related discussion, eventually Ron yells, "What are you talking about?!"

Harry and Hermione: "Muggle stuff, Ron."

• • Similarly, Winter being distracted and nearly falling off a staircase, only for Harry (and in at least one case, Fei) to catch her at the last moment.
• Shadow Crystal Mage: One of his earlier works, and his first true series.
• Shout-Out: Loads of them, most frequently to anime.
• Show Within a Show: various fanfics written by the cast - notably Harry and Winter - are mentioned, as are lots of anime/manga that they and Hermione are fans of.
• Snark-to-Snark Combat: On occasion, Harry and Kero. Harry and Fei Lee had a session early on, but it then devolved into a shouting match.
• Sweet Tooth: Kero, as in canon.
• What Do You Mean It's Not Awesome?: Every Clow Card will have a different, unique kiss. All fifty-two of them.
