Vyzhnytsia Raion
Vyzhnytsia Raion (Ukrainian: Вижницкий район) is an administrative raion (district) in the southern part of Chernivtsi Oblast, located in the historical region of Bukovina, in western Ukraine, on the Romanian border. The region has an area of 903.4 square kilometres (348.8 sq mi) and centers on the city of Vyzhnytsia. Population: 55,595 (2015 est.)[1]
