Verkhneblagoveshchenskoye (Russian: Верхнеблаговещенское) is a rural locality (a selo) in Chigirinsky Selsoviet of Blagoveshchensky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 703 as of 2018.[2] There are 18 streets.
