Rovnoye (Russian: Ровное) is a rural locality (a selo) in Volkovsky Selsoviet of Blagoveshchensky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 420 as of 2018.[2] There are 6 streets.

Geography
The village is located 5 km from the left bank of the Zeya River, 15 km from Blagoveshchensk and 5 km north from Volkovo.
