Novinka (Russian: Новинка) is a rural locality (a selo) in Novopetrovsky Selsoviet of Blagoveshchensky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 151 as of 2018.[2] There are 5 streets.

Geography

The village is located 2 km from the right bank of the Zeya River, 46 km north from Blagoveshchensk and 18 km south from Novopetrovka.
