Ragdoll Productions is owned by Ragdoll Ltd.,[1] which in 2006 formed a joint venture with BBC Worldwide, Ragdoll Worldwide, to sell and license the company's programmes outside of the UK and North America. On 16 September 2013, Ragdoll Worldwide was sold to Canadian production company DHX Media (later WildBrain) for £17.4 million (or USD$24 million)[2] WildBrain now owns the rights to all of Ragdoll's programming. Despite Ragdoll Worldwide being sold, Ragdoll Productions themselves remain as an independent company and still continue to make shows to this day.

The Ragdoll Shop

The Ragdoll Shop in Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire was a relatively small store which stocked a range of merchandise relating to Ragdoll's television series of 5 shows including Teletubbies, Badjelly the Witch, Rosie and Jim, Tots TV and Brum plus fun activities for the children. The shop also sold toys relating to Boohbah from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, the shop was closed permanently, and became an optometrist's practice named Dr. CP Grey's. The picture of Rosie and Jim waving can still be seen in the black window at the top of the building.

gollark: Have you tried buying more glucose?
gollark: Hmm. Well. I wouldn't be very happy with that mind editing *either*, and that wouldn't make me not bored if approximately-me were put in a box/walked round a bit/whatever without somewhat intellectually engaging activities.
gollark: If I took your mindstate and swapped out stuff like "likes helping people" and "likes some type of art" for "enjoys murdering people for fun" and "regularly abducts and tortures people" would that be "you"?
gollark: If my values were randomly remapped so I'd be a better pet, it wouldn't meaningfully be "me".
gollark: Same thing but just bored.
