Athletics career
Staynings competed in the 3000 metres steeplechase at the 1976 Summer Olympics and the 1980 Summer Olympics.[1] He represented England in the 3,000 metres steeplechase event, at the 1978 Commonwealth Games in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.[2][3] He was also the winner of the 1980 UK Athletics Championships title.[4]

gollark: What I mean is, on *all* the ones you show, why are they not multi-floor - why is it just a single floor with some balconies above?
