The Allmusic review by Scott Yanow states: "Rollins was in a strolling mood and he wanders all over the stage which means that he is off-mike much of the time. His playing on these five standards (which includes a 16-minute version of the title tune) is fine, but the erratic recording quality makes this one of the lesser Rollins albums."[2] Music critic Robert Christgau praised the album, writing of the title track: "The man is expansive here, too—casually interpolating rapt modal runs into his thoughtful thematic improvisations on the 16-minute title tour de force..."[5]

Personnel

gollark: I want hardware and software which is less likely to randomly leak information or have security flaws. It's *really* bad for cloud providers.
gollark: And more bizarre artificial segmentation with overclocking and RAM speeds.
gollark: Well, obviously no security is perfect, but it's also obviously better to not have flaws in your very CPU.
gollark: You just *don't care* about unpatchable hardware security flaws?!
gollark: They are vulnerable to many side channel attacks which AMD CPUs are not.
