Route description

The north terminus of South Carolina Highway 101 is at the junction with SC 11 in northern Greenville County. It then proceeds in a south-southeast direction toward Greer, intersecting with SC 414 near Tigerville and merging with SC 290 before entering Greer's city limits. Within Greer, SC 101 intersects both US 29 and SC 14 before splitting from SC 290 and continuing southward. After passing the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, SC 101 serves as exit 60 for the I-85.[2]

Near Reidville, the road intersects SC 296, and SC 101 intersects SC 417 before passing through Cashville. Near Crescent, South Carolina, SC 101 merges with SC 146 and splits again within the Woodruff city limits. Also, while in Woodruff, Highway 101 intersects both SC 418 and US 221. Once exiting Woodruff, the road takes on a southwest route toward Gray Court, intersecting I-385 at exit 16 along the way. Once exiting Gray Court, South Carolina Highway 101 reaches its southern terminus with US 76 in Hickory Tavern.[2][3]

gollark: If not for the internet, I probably would never have heard of anarchomonarchism, anarchoprimitivism, posadism, sort of thing.
gollark: I suspect it is just easier to see weird political ideologies because internet.
