Sam Effah
Sam Effah (born December 29, 1988) is a Canadian sprinter. Effah's parents both emigrated from Ghana before moving to Calgary, Alberta, where Sam Effah was born.[2] In July 2010, Effah became, what was then, the fourth fastest Canadian ever after running a 10.06 in the 100 metre.[2] At the 2009 Canada Games Effah won the gold medal in the 200 m.

gollark: You would have to make the VPS periodically ping your website or something, and then if it is down for a sustained period update the DNS records via whatever API is available to point to itself.
