History
Série Club was founded on March 1998 by M6 in December 2000 TF1 acquired 50% at Série Club. This fusion led the two groups to create a common company gathering TF6 and SerieClub and whose two groups are shareholders with 50%. That allows the new channel to make use of series and cinema catalogues of its two head offices and to propose a richer offer.
