Rudolf Ising

Rudolf Carl Ising (August 7, 1903 - July 18, 1992) was an American animator who created the Warner Bros. Cartoons and MGM Cartoons[3] and his collaboration with Hugh Harman during the golden age of American animation. In 1940, Ising produced William Hanna and Joseph Barbera's first cartoon, Puss Gets the Boot, a cartoon featuring characters later known as Tom and Jerry.
