Rhamphexocoetus

Rhamphexocoetus volans is an extinct bony fish that lived during the Lutetian epoch of Monte Bolca.[1] It combines features of both halfbeaks (i.e., its elongated lower jaw), and flying fishes (i.e., its elongated pectoral fins).
