Rae Bareli lies on Varanasi-Rae Bareli-Lucknow line and Raebareli-Allahabad rail line of the Northern Railway. The first railway line Rae Bareli that featured on Rae Bareli map.[2][3][4][5]
In March 2015, 39 dead, 150 people injured as Dehradun-Varanasi Janta Express derails in Rae Bareli.[6]
